Why you never see me cook with tomatoes

Okay, I'm Italian and I don't have very many tomato products here...what's the deal? Well, I don't like tomatoes. I can put up with them in a good marinara sauce and possibly some other things, but I really don't like them. Apparently that's a good thing! So, you won't be seeing tomatoes any time soon on this blog!
